Professional Qualification Scale for Pre-service Teachers

چکیده

Teacher education is an important component of the system and aims to improve teaching skills prospective teachers. The pre-service teachers are closely related their professional qualifications. present study attempts develop a valid, reliable, multidimensional measurement tool for assessing perceptions about was designed in survey model 247 participated study. Exploratory confirmatory factor analysis were performed data analysis. Research results reveal that developed “Professional Qualification Scale Pre-service Teachers” valid reliable with 0,94 Cronbach alpha value measure perception competencies. It examines teacher qualifications under 6 dimensions as: Following Assessing Teaching Development, Program Content Knowledge, Personal Professional Values, School-Family Relations, Development School Environment.
